INFO
After moving to Los Angeles in 2001, I had a burst
of creative energy and vision, culminating in beginning my formative body
of work in 2002 - The Intimate Parade. This work is still in progress, and
should round out the series around 2012; giving it a full 10 year cycle.

The
image below, "The Arrival," is very indicative of the spirit and direction
of the current works. This painting came about in the form of a commission
for a highly creative patron. Commissioned
works
are
an
important
part
of
the
process,
bringing
in
new and fresh
ideas and expanding the
horizons. As in the creative process in design or advertising arenas,
the addition of new ideas to a project greatly enhances the final outcome
of certain paintings. Not all works are included in the greater body
of the Parade works, and are still very useful as Companion pieces that
support the larger work and fill in the holes between the more challenging
ideas.
